Mason Staff SenateUniversity Life, in partnership with the Center for the Advancement of Wellbeing and Counseling and Psychological Services, reserves space in SUB I, Room 3011, for mindfulness meditation every Friday at 12:30 p.m. Brief instructions for attention-to-breath meditation are offered to meditation newcomers.
This is open to the entire Mason community.

Mason Toastmasters is free and open to everyone. Whether your public speaking skills are at the beginner’s stage, or you consider yourself to be a seasoned professional, you can gain experience as a member. The free Working Moms Support Group at Mason is one way Mason faculty, staff, and students can come together, discuss the issues confronting working mothers, and perhaps motivate changes on campus. During the academic year, the support group meets every other week at noon in the Women and Gender Studies Center.

Parking permits for the 2015-2016 school year are currently on sale (online only).
Faculty and staff with payroll deduction parking permits (except Lot I and Lot J) do not need to do anything, as their permits will auto-renew on September 1. If you are interested in changing permit types, visit the Parking Services office to exchange for a different type of permit.
Zimride members may purchase parking permits online (register at zimride.gmu.edu).
