Print Phase 2 is Around the Corner

Over the past year, Mason has made tremendous progress toward the goal to become a leading university with a modern print environment. We have reduced printing costs while increasing efficiency and productivity and have lowered our environmental impact.

Phase 2 of this program has started, and we need your help.

With this new program, Mason faculty and staff will be able to “print anywhere” across campus using any Canon device equipped with a card swipe and designate specific org codes for each job.

To make this process as smooth as possible, departmental staff who enter and maintain EPAF records need to log into Banner to confirm the accuracy of employee information, particularly which org codes employees may use to charge print jobs.

Questions? Contact Buz Grover at hgroveri@gmu.edu or 703-993-5784.
