Amanda Naylor

I joined Mason in 2021.

I was elected to the Staff Senate in 2026. My current term ends in 2028.

I love Mason because it feels like a place where I can be myself while learning from people with different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives. Its diversity has helped me feel connected, welcomed, and part of a community that celebrates what makes each of us unique.

I joined the Staff Senate because I want to give back to the Mason community that has been such an important part of my life. I want to help ensure that staff voices, experiences, and perspectives are heard and valued, while supporting a more inclusive and connected community for everyone.
