Charter Buses on Campus
If you are hosting an event that will bring charter buses to campus, coordinate their visit with Parking Services. Even just one charter bus needs to be accommodated for drop-off, pick-up, and parking.
Charter buses should not pick-up or drop-off at Rappahannock River Lane or the Sandy Creek Transit Center. Both locations are transit hubs, and there is not sufficient space to allow charter bus access.
Parking Services can help you find a location for charter buses on campus. Reach out during your event planning process to confirm details.
