This workshop will include a discussion of the following:
- Platforms: An introduction to popular technologies and a review of common social media platforms, including tips for setting up an account
- Protection: Examples of social media mistakes that could impact individuals or the university
- Policy: An overview of the Commonwealth of Virginia’s social media policy
