Arlington and SciTech Flu Shot Clinics
The Winter Wellness Flu Shot Clinics are coming to the Arlington and SciTech campuses:
- Arlington – Van Metre Hall 317, October 9, 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- SciTech – Colgan Hall 110E, October 15, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Faculty and staff are FREE with COVA insurance card. COVA members may bring a flu shot consent form to the clinic for a shorter wait.

Fairfax Flu Shot Opportunities
Did you miss the chance to get your flu shot at the Oct. 8 event? Don’t worry! There are two more chances to receive your flu shot.
Follow Up Flu Shot Clinic
November 5 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Johnson Center, Gold Room
Flu shots will be available for COVA members only at this clinic. You may complete the flu shot consent form prior to the clinic to ensure a shorter wait time.
Kaiser Permanente Mobile Health Van
December 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Merten Hall Parking Lot
All employees, regardless of insurance, may receive a biometric screening and flu shot on the Mobile Health Van. Kaiser Permanente members may complete a variety of healthcare needs on the van. For more information, check out the flyer.
