Mason is partnering with BurnAlong to pilot the app that offers on demand fitness and health classes. The first 1,000 faculty and staff and first 6,000 students will receive free access!

When it comes to sticking to goals and healthy habits, a supportive team can make all the difference. Research shows that people are 65% more likely to achieve their fitness goals if they involve someone else. That’s why on BurnAlong – available via computer, smartphone or tablet – members can take classes online on-demand and invite others to join them in live private workouts.

Mason students, faculty, and staff will be able to choose from more than 1,000 classes across more than 30 categories and will also have the ability to record classes on the platform. BurnAlong currently has Mason-branded classes on the platform!
