New Mason Recreation Program: Small Group Training

Mason Recreation is offering two new programs this semester: Small Group Training and Small Group Training To Go.

Small Group Training will be held in the Aquatic and Fitness Center multi-purpose room. Participants must be Mason Recreation members.

Small Group Training To Go sends a trainer to your location on the Fairfax Campus (minimum 10 participants; do not need to be Mason Recreation members).

Benefits of small group training include: individual attention for a fraction of the cost of personal training; a safe, supportive environment; and lasting friendships.
