Well-being Seminar: Strategies for Quality Sleep and Enhanced Well-being

This talk will discuss how sleep and sleep disorders can impact an individual’s health, physical capacity, and quality of life. We will describe common sleep disorders and the personal care approaches that individuals can use to minimize sleep disruption and increase sleep quality. Participants will leave the talk with strategies they can use right away to improve overall sleep, increase awareness of the signs of poor quality of sleep and positively enhance their well-being.
This session will be video-conferenced to Arlington and SciTech.
